Log In to the 4005 at Access Level 3 or 4.

From the High-Level Status display, press

Function>.

Next> or < Previous> to scroll through
the menu until [
City Circuit Disconnect] is displayed
and then press <
Enter>.

Press <ó
Next> or < Previous> to select [On] or
[
Off] and then press <Enter>.
5.
Press <
Enter> again to confirm your choice.
6.
If [
Off] is selected in step 4, the display shown at
the right appears, the city circuit disconnects, and a
trouble is displayed.

Enter> again to confirm your choice.
