  If your Simpson Pressure Washer won't start, several factors could be the cause. First, ensure the power supply cord is securely plugged into a working 120 volt, 15 ampere receptacle. Check your house circuit breaker and reset it if it has tripped. If your receptacle or power supply cord has a GFCI, try resetting it by pushing the RESET button. Also, make sure the master ON/OFF switch is in the ON position. Finally, the thermal switch may have tripped; in this case, turn the master ON/OFF switch to the OFF position and allow the unit to cool for 30 minutes before trying again.

Make sure the transparent tube is properly attached to the detergent tank. Ensure you're using the correct nozzle by installing the black soap nozzle on the wand. Also, the detergent might be too thick; try adding water to make it the consistency of water.
