2. Piping material is usually cut on the
bias and it should be about 4 inch
wide when folded in centre. Place
piping material in ruffler, following
Line 5, Fig. 60 with folded edge of
piping to the right.
3. Fold edge of material to which pip-
ing and ruffling are to be attached
