PRE-OPERATION FUNCTION TEST
1. Push in the emergency stop button on the ground
controller to OFF position. All functions should be
inoperative.
2. Pull out the emergency stop button on the ground
controller to ON position.
Ground/Platform select switch
1. Turn the “ground/platform control select switch”
on the ground controller to “ground control”
position. Then, relevant operations can only be
carried out on the ground controller, and platform
control function is invalid.
2. Turn the “ground/platform control select switch”
on the ground controller to “platform control”
position. Then, relevant operations can only be
carried out on the platform controller, and ground
control function is invalid.
Enable switch
1. Move each function switch without moving the
enable switch, and the corresponding function
shall be inoperative.
2. Move each function switch together with the
enable switch, and each function shall operate
normally.
Main boom up/down switch
1. After turning on the enable switch and pulling the
main boom up/down switch upwards, the boom
shall move up smoothly.
2. After turning on the enable switch and pulling the
main boom up/down switch downwards, the boom
shall move down smoothly and the buzzer shall
sound.
Main boom telescoping switch
1. After turning on the enable switch and pulling the
main boom telescoping switch towards the right,
the boom shall extend smoothly.
2. After turning on the enable switch and pulling the
main boom telescoping switch towards the left,
the boom shall retract smoothly.
Foldable boom up/down switch
1. After turning on the enable switch and pulling the
foldable boom up/down switch upwards, the
foldable boom shall move up smoothly.
2. After turning on the enable switch and pulling the
foldable boom up/down switch downwards, the
foldable boom shall move down smoothly and the
buzzer shall sound.
Turntable rotating switch
1. After turning on the enable switch and pulling the
turntable rotating switch upwards, the turntable
shall rotate anticlockwise.
2. After turning on the enable switch and pulling the
turntable rotating switch downwards, the turntable
shall rotate clockwise.

技术要求
1、PVC 不干胶自粘面膜。
2、面膜底色为黑色。
3、颜色要求：上下台切换图标中底座颜色为蓝色，转换方向图案黄色，叉子及平台颜色为黄色，
升降切换图标底座颜色为蓝色，上升图案黄色，下降图案为红色，
急停开关图标底色为黄色、字体颜色为红色,小时指示图标为绿色。
4、所有孔尺寸公差为±0.1；
