Step Description
6 Keep hold of the programming button at the back of the device for about ve
seconds until you hear a signal tone.
7 After this signal tone you will hear another two short tones when programming the second call
address, three for the third and four for the forth call address programmed, so that you know
exactly which call address has been saved in which position (1 to 4) ín your storage space.
8 To program further call addresses repeat steps 5 to 7. If you try to program more than four
call addresses this will be refused and signalled by a respective tone.
Using the DIP switch you can, if necessary, assign a fth call address to the indoor station. To
do so, set the respective call address in the DIP switch.
Hinweis
We do highly recommend to change the DIP switch back to the indoor station’s main
call address (i. e. the rst address programmed), so that it can easily be recognized
which bell button belongs to which indoor station in case of a breakdown.
If the DIP switch is used for a fth call address, we recommend to note down its own call
address inside the housing, so that in case of a breakdown the setting can easily be restored.
A maximum of four call addresses can be programmed into an indoor station. In case call
addresses need to be changed all addresses that have been programmed into the indoor
station have to be deleted.
8.4 Programming of internal call addresses
8.4.1 Internal call addresses, the indoor station responds to
Internal calls can only be performed with the HTV4600 version with eleven touch keys (item 100033), here up to
five different call addresses can be called.
If internal calls are planned for a system, all relevant call addresses for each indoor station have to be programmed
into it. The indoor station HTV4600 has four storage places for call addresses, the first of which is always used for
its own call address, which responds to calls coming in from the door station (ringing the bell at the door station)
and which identifies the indoor station.
All in all four call addresses can be programmed into an indoor station, these can be used for the following func-
tions:
Type of call Description
Door call Call from one or more door stations to an indoor station
Internal call Call from an indoor station to another indoor station
Group call Call from an indoor station to more than one indoor stations
Using the DIP switch you can, if necessary, assign a fth call address to the indoor station. To do so, set the re-
spective call address in the DIP switch.
To program internal call addresses, the indoor station responds to (= receiving indoor station) follow these steps:
