Check the mains voltage at the termination point of the inverter. If, due to local grid conditions, the mains voltage exceeds the configured threshold, ask the network operator whether the voltage can be adjusted at the feed-in point, or whether it would be acceptable to modify the threshold for power quality monitoring. If the mains voltage is permanently within the tolerance range and this error is still displayed, contact the SMA Service Line.
