If your SNBC Printer is unable to send or receive data, the issue might be due to loose cable connections. Try replacing the USB cable with a new one to see if that resolves the problem. Alternatively, there might be damage or poor welding on the USB interface circuit components. Inspect the capacitors and resistors to ensure they are properly welded. If they appear normal, consider replacing U101.
