The BTP-P33 is a portable receipt and label printer designed for both indoor and outdoor mobile printing. The BTP-P33 primarily functions as a mobile thermal printer for receipts and labels. It supports various paper types, including sticky label paper, black-marked paper, and continuous paper. The printer offers flexible connectivity options, including USB and Bluetooth wireless communication, to meet diverse application requirements. It is compatible with mainstream mobile operating systems such as Windows/CE/Mobile/Android/iOS.

Usage Features:

  • OLED Display Screen: Provides visual key operation for ease of use.
  • Paper Roll Installation: The printer features a top cover that opens for easy paper roll installation. Paper guides can be adjusted to accommodate different paper widths (44mm, 60mm, 80mm).
  • Self-Test Page: Users can print a self-test page by installing paper, pressing the FEED button, and then the power button.
  • Dump Mode: After printing a self-test page, pressing the FEED button for 1 second enters Dump mode, where transmitted data and corresponding ASCII characters are printed. This mode can be exited by turning off the power and restarting, or by pressing the FEED button three times.
  • Buttons:
    • Power Button: Long press to turn on/off the printer; short press to wake from sleep mode.
    • Set Button: In standby, press to enter configuration mode; in configuration mode, press to switch items; in sleep mode, press to wake.
    • FEED Button: Short press for a small paper feed; long press for a long paper feed or positioning; in configuration mode, press to change configuration; in sleep mode, press to wake.
  • Paper Guide: Essential for adjusting print width, with three slots for 80±0.5mm, 60±0.5mm, and 44±0.5mm paper widths.
  • Low Temperature Operation: Can operate in environments as low as -10°C.

Maintenance Features:

  • Routine Maintenance: It is recommended to perform maintenance at least once a month.
  • Safety Precautions: Before maintenance, ensure the battery is removed. Avoid using organic solvents like gasoline or acetone. Do not power on the printer when cleaning sensors until alcohol has completely evaporated.
  • Cleaning Print Head and Platen Roller:
    1. Remove the battery and open the top cover.
    2. Allow the print head to cool down if recently used.
    3. Wipe dust and stains from the print head and platen roller with a wrung-out alcohol cotton ball.
    4. Close the top cover after the alcohol evaporates.
  • Cleaning Sensor:
    1. Remove the battery.
    2. Open the top cover.
    3. Wipe dust and stains from the sensor surface with a soft, wrung-out alcohol cotton cloth.
    4. Close the top cover after the alcohol evaporates.
  • Troubleshooting: The manual provides solutions for common issues such as the printer not working (e.g., no battery power, loose battery connection, circuit board damage), OLED alarms (e.g., paper end, open paper cabinet, low power, print head abnormal, wrong paper type), and printing problems (e.g., paper jam, paper end, unclear printout, missing content).
