Performing a PCAP Trace
1. Open the Phone Manager and click Maintenance.
2. Click Diagnostic.
3. Click the PCAP Trace tab.
4. Click Start to start recording network traffic.
5. Click Stop to end recording
6. Click Save to save the file to your Download folder.
7. Submit the file to Support in whatever way they requested you to use.
