What to do if the warning sign appears on my SoClean Personal Care Product?

  If the warning sign appears on your SoClean Personal Care Product, several factors could be the cause. First, ensure that your sleep equipment hose is correctly placed in the Hose Slot and that the Lid is fully closed. If that doesn't resolve the issue, make sure the Filter door is securely closed and the Filter is a genuine, unexpired SoClean filter. Avoid attempting to bypass the Hose Detect feature. If the issue persists, try opening and closing the Lid, or waiting a few seconds for the hose to be detected. If none of these steps work, contact SoClean Customer Care, as your sleep equipment hose may be incompatible.

Why lid does not open when the button is pressed on SoClean Personal Care Product?

  If the lid of your SoClean Personal Care Product won't open when you press the button, there are a few potential reasons. First, if the Maintenance Cycle is running, the Lid will remain locked. To cancel the cycle, press the Fault/Unable to Run icon. If the device is not connected to power, ensure the Power Supply is properly plugged into both the wall and the back of the device. If the lid seems stuck, gently pull up on your sleep equipment hose after pressing the Lid Open button. Note that the lid will automatically unlock after 2 hours.

  If your SoClean 3 Personal Care Product won't operate, there might be a few reasons. Initially, make sure the Power Supply is correctly plugged into the back of the SoClean 3 and the AC wall outlet. If the sleep equipment hose wasn't detected after the Maintenance Cycle started, allow the process to complete, then either remove your mask and hose, or start a new cycle once the green Cycle Complete icon appears. Also, wait at least 30 minutes between the cycle's completion and using your mask and hose.

  If the solid red icon appears on the Control Panel and your SoClean Personal Care Product device isn't running, it could be due to an expired or counterfeit filter. Replace it with a new, genuine filter. Alternatively, there might be an internal issue. In that case, unplug your SoClean 3 from the power source.
