4.4. Declare data
Data is declared by associating the data that the user wishes to collect, store and publish to the application or the
external system with the devices created in the previous step.
While declaring SOCOMEC devices, the user selected the prole(s) associated with the device (Energy Efciency,
Power Monitoring, Power Quality). These proles include coherent pre-selected variables associated with various
SOCOMEC devices that DATALOG H80/H81 can control.
Here is the list of variables in the proles:

Organising variables into proles is recognized and available for all Socomec measuring devices. It simplies the
conguration of Socomec devices.
