Why is my Softub Hot Tub not heating up to the desired temperature?
If your Softub Hot Tub isn't heating up properly, the environment might be the issue. Turn the air control off completely to help it heat faster. Ensure the lid is on the tub. Set the temperature to 104 ºF/40 ºC and allow the Hydromate to cycle a few times until the thermostat shuts off.
What to do if my Softub Hot Tub LED temperature display is flashing?
If the LED temperature display on your Softub Hot Tub is flashing, it means the water is too hot, or there is a fault in the control system. Allow the water temperature to drop below 100º F/38º C.
