9 TROUBLESHOOTING
In case of trouble or malfunction, please read the chart below and perform the adequate “To
do”.

The smart phone can’t connect
to the device.
1) Check if the adapter is
connected to the device and
if the adapter is plugged in.
2) Check if the smart phones
Bluetooth can see the SOL
device.
1) Connect the device and the adapter,
then plug in the adapter.
2) In your smart phones Bluetooth
settings match the smart phone and
the device.
The device doesn’t releases
any air, the ventilator is not
rotating.
1) Check if the adapter is
connected to the device and if
the adapter is plugged in.
2) Check on the smart phone if
the device is turned on.
1) Connect the device and the adapter,
then plug in the adapter.
2) Turn on the device by using your
smart phone.
You can’t set the RPM during
the day.
1) Check your smart phone if
the AQS function is turned
on.
2) Check the actual time on the
interface. (In case it’s set on
night mode for some reason,
the RPM will be at 20% and it
is not changeable)
1) Turn the AQS function off.
2) Set the actual „Local time” on the
interface.
3) Set the time periods for Night/Day as
it’s described in Part 4.2.5.1.
The moodlighting is red and
flashing.
Check with your smart phone
the time of service.
Perform the acts as described in Part
7.
The moodlighting doesn’t work
during the day.
1) Check the actual time on the
interface.
2) Check the settings of night
mode with your smart phone.
Set the actual „Local time on the
interface..

The Air-scenting doesn’t spray
when the function is on.
1) Check the level of air-
scenting mixture with your
smart phone.
2) Check the sealing of the
scenting-head.

2) Adjust the sealing at the scenting-
head.
The Air-scenting doesn’t spray
at the given time.
1) Check if the function is on at
your smart phone.
2) Check the level of air-
scenting mixture with your
smart phone.
1) Turn the scenting function on.
2) Change the scenting mixtures vial.
The device doesn’t give any
signal, the smart phones
Bluetooth can’t see the SOL
device.
Unplug the adapter and call the service
phone number.
