• Once you have deleted an image, you cannot restore it. We recommend that
you protect images that you do not want to delete (page 111).
Youcannotmarka DPOFmark.
• You cannot mark DPOF marks on RAW images.
YoudonotknowiftheOSofyourcomputeriscompatiblewiththe
camera.
• Check "Reconnnended computer en_,ironment" (pages 131, 139).
Yourcomputerdoesnotrecognizeyourcamera.
• Check that the camera is turned on.
• When the battery level is low, install the charged battery pack (page 14), or
use the AC Adaptor (sold separately).
• Use the USB cable (supplied) (page 132).
• Disconnect the USB cable, and connect it again firmly.
• Set [USB connectionl to ]Mass Storage] (page 132).
• Disconnect all equipment other than the camera, the keyboard and the
mouse from the USB jacks of your computer.
• Connect the camera directly to your computer without passing through a
USB hub or other device (page 131).
Youcannotcopyimages.
• Make the USB connection by properly connecting the camera with your
computer (page 132).
• Follow the designated copy procedure tbr your OS (page 133).
• When you shoot images with a memory card t_rmatted by a computer, you _.
may not be able to copy the images to a computer. Shoot using a nlemory
card t_rmatted by your camera (page 121).
