A
channel
origin
code
can
be
set
into
the
digital
audio
output
signal
(AES/EBU
format)
output
from
the
DIGITAL
OUT
connector
on
the
rear
panel
of
the
player
to
allow
digital
audio
mixers
or
other
equipment
connected
to
the
player
to
identify
the
signal
source.
This
code
can
also
be
set
for
the
digital
output
signal
of
the
optional
DABK-3102.
Do
not
insert
a
disc
into
the
disc
compartment
while
setting
the
code.

Make
sure
that
the
power
is
off,
then
turn
on
the
power
while
holding
down
the
STOP
key.
The
counter
changes
to
the
code
input
display.

Enter
a
two-digit
code
with
the
disc
data
input
keys.
Use
the
PREVIOUS
key
to
set
the
tens
digit,
and
the
NEXT
key
to
set
the
ones
digit.
Each
press
of
the
key
causes
the
digit
to
increase
by
one,
from
0
to
9,
then
to
0
again.

After
setting
the
code,
press
the
STOP
key.
The
counter
returns
to
normal
display.
To
check
the
code
setting
Turn
the
power
off,
then
on
again.
The
code
is
displayed
on
the
counter.
You
must
re-enter
the
code
after
installing
the
optional
DABK-3102
interface
board.
