Secure with tapes.
Remove two bosses
while holding the lens cover
on the center.
On assembling, attach the front block while holding the lens cover on the center.

How to diassemble the Front Block
Note: Microphone holder caution
There are some cases the microphone holder
is caught on the front block.
When removing the Front block,
be careful not to damage the flexible board.
