Preparation:
Before
starting,
perform
FOCUS,
H.SIZE,
and
V.SIZE
adjustments.
Set
the
BRIGHTNESS
control
to
minimum.
Input
a
dot
pattern
from
the
pattern
generator.

Horizontal
and
Vertical
Static
Convergence
Center
dot
RV703
SCREEN
Adjust
the
V.STAT
magnet
to
converge
the
Red,
Green
and
Blue
dots
at
the
center
of
the
screen.
(Vertical
and
Horizontal
movement)
Tilt
the
V.STAT
magnet
and
adjust
the
static
convergence
by
opening
or
closing
the
V.STAT
magnet.

When
the
V.STAT
magnet
is
moved
in
the
direction
of
the
(a)
and
(b)
arrows,
the
Red,
Green
and
Blue
dots
move
as
shown
below.

If
the
Red
and
Blue
dots
do
not
converge
with
the
Green
dots,
perform
the
following
steps.
1.
Move
the
BMC
magnet
(a)
to
correct
for
insufficient
H.static
convergence.
2.
Rotate
the
BMC
magnet
(b)
to
correct
for
insufficient
V.static
convergence.
In
either
case,
repeat
the
Beam
Landing
Adjustment.
