INSTALL THE WHEELS ONTO THE BASE
1. Insert the wheels (3) inside each wheel bracket (19).
2. Insert the wheel axle (2) through both wheels (3) and wheel brackets (19).

3. Insert the wheel axle assembly
into the bottom of the base (1).
4. Insert the bolts (17) through the
washers (12) into wheel brackets
(19) under the base.

INSTALL THE OVAL POLE ONTO THE BASE
1. Insert the dual-ended studs
(7) into the mounting plate
holes in the bottom of the
bottom pole (6). Tighten all
the way to the hex nut to
secure.
2. Insert the oval pole assembly
into the base. Allow the dual-
ended studs (7) to protrude
through to the bottom side of
the base.
3. Secure the oval pole
assembly in place using the
pole mounting bracket (50)
and nuts (9).
