Create a true unisex frame design, with inclusive, yet dynamic styling
• Have fully integrated cable routing for clean and modern aesthetics – and also to avoid dangling or
rattling cables that can get caught when parking or storing the bike
• Offer smart integrated features such as custom rack solutions, a stealth display mount, an integrated
carry handle and an integrated dropout system
• Custom integrated rack design with a proprietary basket that allows easy access
FRAME AND FORK REQUIRED SOPHISTICATED ENGINEERING AND MANUFACTURING
• One-piece cockpit with internal cable routing, including a hydro formed top, together with a forged/cnc-machined
bottom with cable ports (this is a complex design and was an engineering challenge that required a lot of testing)
• Head tube construction: rolled manufacturing to realize the unique design idea
• One-piece fork as seamless construction from the steerer tube to the fork blades, complemented by welded dropouts;
internal steerer stop
• Split drop-out with sliding function (added complexity to engineering and manufacturing process)
