ACCESSORY COMPATIBILITY
LOCKS & CARRYING SOLUTIONS
This table lists the most important on-bike accessories together with their compatibility.

interference with rear

• Base plate dimensions: approx. 34 cm wide and 25 cm deep (at center)
• Variety of baskets, boxes, crates, etc. can be mounted
• Ensure the desired option is stable enough
These are just a few visual examples for alternative containers that
can be mounted onto the front rack base plate.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Lock must be wide enough to clear fender/tire; fender width: 65 mm
• Lock mount tabs must be adequately spaced
• Seat stay tab distance for frame locks (center-center): 92 mm
• Ensure there is enough clearance between lock mechanism and crank (see image below);
use adjustment range of lock to move it as far to one side for max. clearance
Tip for many Abus locks: combine them with the matching adaptor chain that connects to the frame
lock; allows to secure the bike to a pole, fence etc.
