COMO SL USER MANUAL & PEEL ME STICKER
Every Como SL bike ships with a printed manual in the market
language. The manual holds useful information for sales staff,
mechanics and riders alike.
EXAMPLES OF VALUABLE INFORMATION
•
Sales staff and riders: basic bike operation, Mission Control
usage & BLE pairing code, TCU charge level display with
Range Extender battery, charging, maintenance
• Mechanics: assembly notes, torque values, etc. (refer to
Service Website for more)
• It is highly recommended that all target groups know the
content of the manual
CALL TO ACTION
SBCU/Specialized staff:
• Please introduce manual to retailers, pointing out
handling of Peel Me Sticker
At Retail:
• During bike-building: mechanic applies Peel Me Sticker
onto last page of manual and connects the manual to the
matching bike (e.g. label soft case - holding small parts
and documents - with WSBC of bike)
• During bike hand-over: sales staff introduces manual
to rider, also pointing out pairing code with TCU as
additional source
IMPORTANT:
Peel Me Sticker with MC pairing code needs to be peeled from bike to be stuck onto last page of Como SL User Manual.
