      Jasmine SandovalAug 2, 2025
If your Spectrum Remote Control receiver stops responding during operation, it could be due to low battery voltage. Try completely recharging the battery. It may also be caused by loose or damaged wires or connectors between the battery and receiver. Inspect the wires and connections; repair or replace them as needed.

      Stacey ShawAug 9, 2025
If your Spectrum Remote Control system won't connect, it might be because the transmitter and receiver are too close. Move the transmitter 8 to 12 feet (2.4 to 3.6m) away from the receiver. Alternatively, large metal objects could be interfering; move away from vehicles or other large metal items. Ensure the correct model memory is selected and that the transmitter is properly bound to the model. If the transmitter was accidentally put into bind mode, rebind the transmitter and receiver.

If the Spectrum Remote Control receiver goes into failsafe mode a short distance from the transmitter, inspect the receiver antenna for cuts or damage. If damaged, replace it or contact Horizon product Support. Also, ensure the receiver antenna is properly positioned inside an antenna tube and extends above the vehicle.

      Angela BonillaAug 23, 2025
If your Spectrum Remote Control receiver loses its bind, it's possible the transmitter was accidentally put into bind mode, which ended the bind to the receiver. To resolve this, bind the transmitter to the receiver again.
