Voicemail page
Voicemail Enabled
Enable/Disable. If enabled, callers will automatically transfer to this User’s voicemail if the User’s
extension is busy or not answered.
Voicemail Access Code
8 digits. Authorisation passcode to secure access to the User’s voicemail. Also required if this User is a
Vision Call Centre Agent, and/or will be utilizing the Vision Supervisor Console software, and/or utilizing
the Vision Mobility application.
Voicemail Assistant Telephone Number
The number (internal or external) to which callers will be transferred if they press 0 during or after the
User’s voicemail greeting.
Department Voicemail 1-8 & Department Voicemail by User 1-8
For use with a PCS 58x/57x/56x/55x/542, 410/400, 100, 60 and 50. To enable this User to manage the
voicemail messages for another Department or User. Use Department Voicemail 1-8 to select a
Department. Use Department Voicemail by User 1-8 to select a User. However the option chosen will be
displayed in both sections as a User can only manage up to 8 Departments and/or Users. Missed and
answered calls to these Departments or Users will also be listed on this User’s PCS.
Record Mode
Defines the mode that the call recording is to follow.
Records all incoming external calls and the User will not be able to turn off recording
via their handset. A User can record incoming internal calls by pressing the Record
button/icon on their handset.
SMS Enabled
Enable/Disable. When enabled allows the User to send and receive SMS text messages via the PCS
410/400, PCS 60 and PCS 50 applications.
SMS Originator
Enter the telephone number to which you want text replies sent to, if any.
Email Address
For IMAP integration for email forwarding. The email address to receive the User’s messages.
