1. Remove the firebox glass panel as described
in the Installing the Stove section.
2. Scatter the bags of embers over the top of
the burners as shown in Fig 19 keeping the
pilot area & second thermocouple clear.
3. Position Logs S1, S2 & S3 as shown in
Figure 20.
4. Position Logs S4 & S5 as shown in Figure
21.
5. Position Logs S6 & S7 as shown in Figure
22.
6. Position the Firecone/Log S8 as shown in
Figure 23.
7. Check the appliance for Pilot Ignition and
cross lighting ensuring that no material is
impinging the operation of the Pilot.
8. Refit the firebox glass panel.

DOOR HANDLE
The stove is supplied with a detachable door handle.
To open the door, insert the silver end of the handle
into the door latch on the fire door, turn the handle
clockwise and pull the door towards you. To close
the door, insert the handle into the door latch as
before, push the door closed, turn the handle anti-
clockwise to engage the door catch and remove the
door handle.
Alternatively the door handle supplied can be fixed
in place. To fix the door handle remove the spigot
from the end and thread the handle directly into the
door latch.
