2. SERVICING THE TOOL
2.1 MAINTENANCE FREQUENCY

2.2 SERVICE KITS
Before servicing the tool, it is recommended to prepare service kits before conducting the works.
1. Screwdriver for cross recessed pan head tapping screws.
2. 2 set of wrenches (adjustable type or fix type 25mm and 19mm)
3. Snap ring plier.
4. Metal brush.
5. Part cleaner.
6. Lubrication (recommended KURE 5-56, ThreeBond 1801B, Holts MH241)
7. Grease (recommended HIWIN G01)
2.3 CLEANING
ALWAYS wear approved eye protection at all times when cleaning equipment
Tool Exterior
Keep the brushless motor exhaust vent openings (H) free from dust and dirt. If necessary, use a soft,
moist cloth to remove dust and dirt from the exhaust vents. Blow dirt and dust out of the main power
tool housing with dry air as often as dirt is seen collecting in and around the exhaust vents (H).
