7. Setting assessment criteria(Free Setting Mode)*Smart function ON
Open “1. Smart Function” menu from the
setting menu
Touch “Assessment”.
Turn ON Free setting and Touch ”Free
setting”.
(Blue : ON、Black : OFF)
Possible to set the ranges for Stroke and
Force freely.
Touch the value you want to change and set
the value with Up-Down icons.
Note, if you set the range to too small, it has a
potential that NOK occurs frequently.
Reference measurement accuracies are as
follows.
Stroke ：±0.5mm
Force ：±500N~1,000N
After setting, touch “Back” or “Home Back”
icon.
8. ON/OFF Auto Return mode
If this function is turned on, even if the trigger is released, the tool continues the rivet setting cycle.
And even if the trigger is kept on pulling, it returns home automatically after riveting.
*If you often see the mandrel protruding from the nosepiece after riveting or if the tool cannot
detect the rivet setting correctly, turn off this mode.
Touch “3. Auto Return” from the setting
menu.
