17. OK/NOK assessment and Counter operation
• In case of Poka-Yoke, Service1, Service2,
Service3
After rivet setting, if the result is within OK
range, “OK” character is shown in blue and
count up the counter with one-time beep.
Operator can continue to work for next
riveting.
*If Smart function is turned off, it shows “OK”
in every riveting and it counts up without
“NOK”.
After rivet setting, if the result is out of OK
range, “NOK” character is shown in Red with
Red background and does not count up the
counter with discontinuous beep.
Operator cannot continue to work for next
riveting without cancelling the error.
Touch the screen somewhere to clear the
error.
*If Smart function is tuned off, “NOK” is not
shown.
If the count value reaches a setting value,
“Complete” character is shown in Blue with
Blue background and discontinuous beep.
Operator cannot continue to work for next
riveting without confirming this alarm.
Touch the screen somewhere to clear the
complete alarm.
The window switches to “Reset
conformation” window.
Touch “Yes” character string to reset the
counter value, after that operator can
continue to work for next riveting.
