PRE-SALE PREPARATION OF THE VEHICLE

Violation of the procedure of pre - sales preparation, or failure to carry it out may lead to premature failure of
the vehicle. If the Dealer violates the procedure of pre-sale preparation or failures to carry it out the Company
is not responsible for warranty obligations relating to such vehicle.
The Dealer is obliged to carry out pre-sales preparation of the goods purchased under the Contract by its own
efforts and expense in the following order:
- To Check the integrity of the package during receipt of the goods;
- To Unpack the goods;
- To Check integrity of the goods - apparent good order and condition , no scratches, no scuffs;
- To Check the goods for its completeness, including availability of the keys, battery, tool kit (if any is included
in to the set): availability and integrity of the mirrors and accessories supplied with the goods;
- To Check availability of the parts for assembly, if the vehicle is supplied in part-assembled condition (for
example axle, bushings and washers for the front wheel installation);
- To Assemble the goods (if the goods is partially assembled);
- To Check security of fastening parts responsible for traffic safety: tightening tourgue for mounting of the
handle bar, wheels, brake cylinders, gearbox, propeller shafts, transmission box, etc. Need to tighten the
mounting if required;
- To set the battery ready for use in accordance with the attached Manual;
- To Check availability and level of operating fluids . Fill up if required. To fulfil verification and re-filling of
operating fluids strictly in accordance with the Manual attached to each vehicle;
- To Check the routing of the fuel and oil supply hoses, brake hoses, cooling system pipes, control cables,
wire harness, check system and mechanisms operation;
- To Adjust the front panel in accordance with the Manual;
