GOING UPHILL
If it is impossible to proceed uphill, dismount the
vehicle on the slope upper side. Turn the venicle
category T3b back using your muscle strength,
then go downhill. If you started to roll down,
DO NOT SHARPLY ENGAGE the braking system.
If the
«
2WD
»
mode is on, engage only the front
braking mechanisms. If the
«
4WD
»
mode or
«
4WD-LOCK
»
mode is on, one wheel braking will
cause braking of other wheels. Thus, avoid braking
sharply with the four wheel drive on.
Otherwise, the wheels positioned higher on the slope
may get off the ground.
The venicle category T3b may capsize.
Smoothly engage the braking mechanisms of the
axle positioned higher on the slope instead or jump
off the vehicle to the upper side of the slope.
______________________________
When going uphill, engage the gear according
to the driving conditions, and maintain the constant
movement speed.
If the vehicle looses the speed:
● Shift your body weight to the top side of the slope.
● Engage the braking system.
● Upon stopping, shift the transmission to the
parking mode.
If the vehicle starts rolling down:
● Shift your body weight to the top side of the slope.
●
«
2WD
»
mode: When rolling down the slope, do not
engage the rear brake. Use the front brake only.
● «4WD or 4WD-LOCK» mode: Carefully engage
both brakes.
● Upon the full stop of the vehicle, shift the
transmission to the parking mode.
Dismount the vehicle to the upper side of the slope
or to one side, if the vehicle is directed uphill.
Turn the venicle category T3b about and mount
the vehicle observing the recommendations
provided in the Manual.
