WATER FORDING

Upon fording water obstacles, drain water that
could penetrate the cavity of the drive belt
casing. After operating the vehicle in salt water
or in dirt, wash it with fresh water.

1. The drive belt casing drain plug.
NOTE:______________________________________
If upon opening the drain plug the water drained
from the drive belt casing, contact the repair
workshop to check other engine elements, as
the water may damage them. When fording water
obstacles, always follow the recommendations
provided herein

If necessary, drain the condensate from the glove
compartment.
