10.1 EMC Compliance Technical Data
The STERIS Corporation LED202 SYSTEM, models LED202X2 and LED202X1 require special precautions regarding EMC
and need to be installed and put into service according to the EMC information provided in these accompanying
documents.
WARNING
PERSONAL INJURY AND/OR POSSIBLE EQUIPMENT DAMAGE
Portable RF communications equipment (including peripherals such as antenna cables
and external antennas) should be used no closer than 30 cm (12”) to any part of the
STERIS Corporation LED202 SYSTEM, models LED202X2 and LED202X1, including
cables specified by the manufacturer. Otherwise, degradation of the performance of this
equipment could result.
A risk of increased emissions or decreased immunity may result if any additional cables
are attached.
This device has not been tested for compatibility with all other potential RF Emitters
such as X-ray, Metal Detectors, Electrosurgical Equipment, Diathermy Equipment, 5G
Cellular, NFC, WPT, or Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) de-vices. Caution should be
used if such emitters are present within the use environment.
Use of this equipment adjacent to or stacked with other equipment should be avoided
because it could result in im-proper operation. If such use is necessary, this equipment
and the other equipment should be observed to verify that they are operating normally.
Use of accessories, transducers, and cables other than those specified or provided by
the manufacturer of this equipment could result in increased electromagnetic emissions
or decreased electromagnetic immunity of this equipment and result in improper
operation.
