Observe the lower application limit for the appliance. The
temperature of the air discharged from the appliance may
be lower than this value. If this air is admitted into the
building, this can lead to frost damage, e.g. on water
pipes.
You can operate the appliance in recirculation air mode or with
an air duct connection. You can have horizontal air routing (with a
side air intake and discharge), vertical air routing (with air intake
and discharge in the appliance cover) or a combination of the two,
thus ensuring flexible installation options and configurations in
the installation room. Accessories are required for the vertical air
intake and/or air discharge.
10.1 Air duct (optional)
Option: Fit the reducer to the side air connector
The side air duct connectors have a diameter of DN200 when
delivered. Standard delivery includes reducers for the air intake
and discharge should you wish to connect an air duct with a di-
ameter of DN160.
D0000040660
Fit the reducer to the air connector by engaging the locking
hooks on the back of the reducer in the openings provided in
the air connector.
Grip the small vanes on the reducer with your fingers.
Turn the reducer clockwise until it audibly engages.
