What to do if my Stihl BR 500 engine does not start?

If your Stihl Blower's engine isn't starting, it could be due to a few reasons. First, make sure you have enough fuel in the tank by mixing the fuel and refueling. Another possible cause is an overheated carburetor; in this case, let the blower cool down and depress the manual fuel pump at least 10 times before attempting to start it again. Lastly, the carburetor might be iced up. If so, allow the blower to warm up to +10°C.
