The following STIHL attachment may be
mounted to the basic power tool:
Attaching the bicycle handle with
rotating handlebar support
The machine is delivered with the
rotating handlebar support already
attached to the shaft. The clamps must
be removed in order to attach the
handlebar.
Removing the clamps
N hold onto the lower (1) and upper
clamps (2)
N Unscrew the tommy screw (3) –
after the tommy screw has been
unscrewed, the parts are loose and
are pressed apart by the two
springs (4, 5)!
N Remove the tommy screw –
washer (6) remains on the tommy
screw
N Separate clamps – springs (4, 5)
remain in the lower clamp!
Fastening the handlebar
N Position the handlebar (7) in the
lower clamp (1) so that distance (A)
is not more than 6 in. (15 cm)
N Place the upper clamp on top and
hold both clamps together
N Insert the tommy screw with the
washer on it through both clamps as
far as it will go – hold all parts
together and secure them
