8.6 Lubrication
Lubricating the cutting attachment:
The cutting attachment should be oiled as and when needed. The whole cutting attachment should be sprayed so
that it is covered in a thin film of oil.
See table below for type of oil.
Lubricating the gearbox:
The gearbox should be re-lubricated every time it is serviced. The specified quantity of lubricating grease is 20g.
The type of lubricant and the points of lubrication are shown in the table and illustration.
