The interlock should
be sticking up out of
the handle, and it
must be depressed
flush with the handle
before the throttle
trigger will move
Be sure the throttle
moves freely

The throttle must be squeezed all the way open before the
Master Control Lever™ can be actuated to the full choke
position, then release the throttle and the Master Control
Lever™ should stay in the choke position
