5. Operator Controls
 The interlock should
be sticking up out of
the handle, and it
must be depressed
flush with the handle
before the throttle
trigger will move
 Be sure the throttle
moves freely

 The throttle must be squeezed all the way open before the
Master Control Lever™ can be actuated to the full choke
position, then release the throttle and the Master Control
Lever™ should stay in the choke position
