: Pull the wiring harness (1) out of
the guides (arrows).
: Take the wiring harness (gray
wire) connector with insulating
tube (1) out of the
guides (arrows).
: Push back the insulating tube (1)
in the direction of the wiring
harness and separate the pin and
socket connector.
– Remove the wiring harness.

: Pull the insulating tubes (2) off
the wiring harness.
: Check the wiring harness (3) and
grommet (1) and replace if
necessary.
Installing
In all the following procedures:
: Insulating tubes must be
centered on the pin and socket
connectors and cover them
completely
to avoid the risk of a short circuit.
: Push the pin and socket
connector together
– total length of pin and socket
connector a = max. 30 mm.

: Fit the insulating tube (2).
: Position the grommet (1) so that
the recess (arrow) points towards
the heat shrink tube (3).
The black wire of the front handle
heating element must be seated in
the guides.
: Position the wiring harness (1)
with heat shrink tube against the
guide (arrow).
