This electric pressure washer is double-insulated. In such
an appliance, two systems of insulation are provided as
protection against electric shock. No grounding means are
provided, nor should means for grounding be added to the
appliance. Servicing a double-insulated appliance
requires extreme care and knowledge of the system, and
should be done only by qualified service personnel.
Use of parts that are not authorized or approved by STIHL
may cause serious or fatal injury or property damage.
STIHL recommends that only identical authorized
STIHL replacement parts be used for repair or
maintenance.
If using a replacement or accessory high-pressure
hose, ensure that it is rated for the maximum PSI of
the pressure washer.
If using a replacement spray gun or lance, or any
other spray accessory, ensure that it is rated for the
maximum PSI of the pressure washer.
To reduce the risk of electric shock:
Ensure that the insulation of the power supply cord
and plug are in good condition and show no signs of
aging (brittleness), wear or damage.
Never use your pressure washer if the casing around
the motor is cracked or damaged.
Improper storage can result in unauthorized use, damage
to the pressure washer and an increased risk of fire,
electric shock and other personal injury or property
damage.
Disconnect the pressure washer from the power
supply before storing.
Never store the pressure washer with the plug of the
power supply cord connected to an electrical outlet.
Store the pressure washer indoors in a dry, secure
place that cannot be accessed by children or other
