Replacing the oven light bulb
IMPORTANT!
To avoid the possibility of electric shock, make sure all oven controls are switched
off before attempting to remove or replace the oven light bulb.

The oven is equipped with two 25W halogen lights. When a lamp fails and
needs replacement, proceed as follows (Fig. 13). (Bulb replacement is not
covered by warranty.)
• Remove all oven shelves, the baking/drip tray and the side rack that is on
the same side as the oven light.
• Using a flat screwdriver, prise the protective lamp cover away from the oven
wall and then remove the light bulb (Fig. 13).
• Replace the bulb with a halogen lamp of the same type: 230V, 25W, 300°C,
capsule bulb G9. Do not use any other type of bulb. Make sure the new light
bulb is properly inserted into the ceramic socket.
• Place the lamp cover back into position, making sure the curve on one side
of the cover is on the right hand side as the cover goes back into place.

CAUTION: Do not touch the light bulb directly with your hands!
The oil on your fingers will cause it to fail.
Wear a protective glove or use a tissue to hold the bulb.
