Cutting position t 08 13 (Fig. 3):
The needle position must be set in such a way, that when the machine is
stopped, the hook of the thread knife catches the thread loop lying over the
looper securely without touching the looper.

For the VEB machines we set t 08 12 to the same value as t 08 13/cutting position. This
allows us to disregard the needle position after sewing stop key!
For Strobel, the key "needle position after sewing stop" must be switched on as soon
as t 08 12 has a different value than t 08 13!
