15.Install the hex washer head screws (A) that secure the jack base assembly to the base frame. Use a 3/8” drive torque
wrench to torque the hex washer head screws to 13 ± 2 ft-lb.
16.Reinstall the hood.
17.Reinstall the litter top (
Litter top removal (page 30)).
NNoottee -- Litter top reinstallation requires two people.
18.Raise the litter to the highest position. Apply weight to the litter to make sure that the jacks hold and do not drift.
19.Verify proper operation before you return the product to service.
NNoottee -- The jack descent rate is set at the factory. Do not adjust the rate.
