UP FULL DISCHARGE PRESSURE Air Demand is Too Great Check service lines for leaks or open valves.
Dirty Air Filter Check the filter indicator and change or clean
element if required.
Pilot Pressure Regulator Out
of Adjustment Adjust regulator according to control
adjustment instructions in the Maintenance
section.
Defective Pilot Pressure Regulator Check diaphragm and replace if necessary
(kit available).
Defective Minimum Pressure Valve Check that the piston is moving freely.
Inlet Valve Not Opening Completely Check and readjust control linkage.
Broken spring in Sullicon Control. Replace
spring.
Inlet cylinder not extended.
Defective Closed Inlet Solenoid
Valve Repair or replace.
