11.3 Quality Assurance
Evidence
Within the warranty period, SungrowSamsung (Hefei) will require the customer
to present the purchase invoice and date. The trademark on the product shall
be clearly visible. Otherwise, SungrowSamsung shall hold no liability.
Conditions
If the product covered by warranty becomes defective during warranty period,
SungrowSamsung (Hefei) will provide a totally-free repair or exchange.

The unqualified product that is replaced shall be returned to
SungrowSamsung (Hefei).

Customers shall leave proper time for us to repair the failed device.
Damage and claims arising from the followings are not covered by the warranty
of SungrowSamsung (Hefei):

