10 Troubleshooting
10.1 Overview
The common faults and troubleshooting are shown in the table below. If
problems cannot be resolved according to this manual, please contact us. We
need the following information in order to provide you with better assistance.
The SN, the manufacture date, and the software version of the local
controller
The manufacturers, the models, and the configuration information of the
devices connected to the local controller
Brief fault description
Pictures of the fault site
The ground cable must be grounded well, otherwise,
Fatal electric shock may occur to the operators!
10.2 Alarm Diagnosis
10.2.1 Alarm Information on Power Conversion System (PCS)
1. A fault or an alarm
occurs.
1. Troubleshoot the PCS
according to the PCS
manual.
2. An emergency stop
occurs on the PCS.
2. Check whether the PCS
is in emergency stop state.
Communication between
the PCS and the local
controller failed.
