3. Unscrew the pressure cap of cooling system slowly to release
pressure, and then remove the cap.
4. Drain coolant in the cooling system to let the liquid level lower than
the hose position.
5. Loosen hose clamp and disconnect the damaged hose.
6. Replace damaged hoses with new ones.
7. Replace and tighten the hose clamp.
8. Fill enough coolant into the cooling system.
9. Lock engine hood.

7.8.8 Cleaning Air Conditioner Condenser
After the air conditioner is used for a certain time, regularly check condenser fin
for impurity, such as mud, dust and leaves. If found, wash the fin with compressed air
or water.
Note1. When washing with compressed air and water, protective goggles, face shield
and safety shoes should be put on.
2. To protect cooling fin, keep it with the compressed air nozzle for a certain
distance. Because damaged cooling fin may result in leakage or overheating. On dusty
working area, the cooling fin should be checked every day instead of maintenance
interval.
