Service stabilizer cylinder is assembled in lower section drill mast for fitting hole barrel: make
its bottom is level with bottom of drill stool by service stabilizer extension(see fig 2-12), press
barrel two sides, use stabilizer cylinder to press down one side, fall main winch down and press
another side down by drill tool weight .This barrel fitting method is much faster than only drill
tool fitting. Otherwise, service stabilizer makes crawler maintenance safety and convenience.
Rotate the drill mast 90° and raise one side of the crawlers (see fig 2-13).
2.3.7 Rotary Head
See Fig 2-14. Rotary head is mainly composed of sliding frame and gyrator. Sliding frame is
used to support gyrator to make it move in sliding rail and transfer force; gyrator is mainly
composed of two hydraulic motors、planetary, drive gear, gear box and drive sleeve etc. The
working theory is that the driving sleeve drives the kelly bar to rotate after speed is reduced by
