Fan Headers
This serverboard has 11 system
fan headers (FAN1 ~ FAN7, FANA
~ FAND). FAN6 is for CPU1 and
FAN7 for CPU2. All these 4-pin fans
headers are backward compatible
with the traditional 3-pin fans. The fan
speeds for 4-pin fans are controlled by
Thermal Management via IPMI. See
the table on the right for pin denitions.
Internal Speaker
The Internal Speaker, located at
SP1, can be used to provide audible
indications for various beep codes.
