Serial Port 1 Settings / Serial Port 2 Settings
This option species the base I/O port address and the Interrupt Request
address of Serial Port 1 and Serial Port 2. Select Disabled to prevent the
serial port from accessing any system resources. When this option is set to
Disabled, the serial port becomes unavailable.
The options for Serial Port 1 are:
Auto,
IO=3F8h; IRQ=4;
IO=3F8h; IRQ=3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12;
IO=2F8h; IRQ=3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12;
IO=3E8h; IRQ=3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12;
IO=2E8h; IRQ=3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12;
The options for Serial Port 2 are:
Auto,
IO=2F8h; IRQ=3;
IO=3F8h; IRQ=3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12;
IO=2F8h; IRQ=3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12;
IO=3E8h; IRQ=3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12;
IO=2E8h; IRQ=3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12;
Serial Port Console Redirection
COM1, COM2 Console Redirection
Use this feature to enable console redirection for COM1, and COM2 ports. The
options are Enabled and Disabled. The default for COM1 and COM2 is Disabled.
Console Redirection Settings
Congure the following options for the Console Redirection Settings. The
most common settings are set as default:
Terminal Type : Select ANSI, VT100, VT100+, or VT-UTF8
Bits per Second (BPS): 9600, 19200, 38400, 57600, or 115200
