C. With assistance, have each person place and hold an actuator onto the starboard and port mounting
clamps.
NOTICE
Actuators should be used to  nalize placement before drilling holes.
D. Measure from port actuator centerline to starboard actuator centerline at the forward and aft
sections to ensure measurements are correct. (Refer to shade centerline width located on shade
speciȴ cation drawing.) (See Figure 7.)

NOTICE
Take note of the style of the hardtop ( at or curved) before drilling the mounting holes.
E. If your hardtop is ȵ at, the mounting hole locations are the same as the shade’s center width for either
a topside or underside mount. (See Figure 8.)
