Veri¿cation of Measurement and Judgment Results
Depending on a measurement mode, the measurement and judgment standards differ.
In this section, the measurement results per mode and calculation method of judgment results are
explained.

In case of below, the judgment becomes “Error”.
• The light spot is not in the measurement range and a spot cannot be detected due to lack of light
quantity.
• The number of detected spots do not satisfy the Target’s label No.
The Measurement Mode is Single
Regardless of the number of light reception spots, only one spot with the speci¿ed label number is
detected, and the judgment results and measurement results are displayed.
Measurement results display
In the incident measurement results (absolute value), the following
values are displayed.,

X: Angle toward the X axis direction from the measurement
center
-
Y: Angle toward the Y axis direction from the measurement
center
-
D: Angle from the measurement center
Measurement results display
When the judgment area (Tolerance) is [On], the judgment results are also displayed.
